EEL working offshore Kazakhstan first used our dual cluster Sercel mini G array comprising 2 x12 and 2 x 20 cubic inch min G airguns, for high frequency multi channel data collection in water depths of 4 – 8 metres. The data was recorded on a 48 x 6.25m group interval Sercel SEAL 24 bit streamer.
The airgun array noted for its stability of signature, and physical stability, which lead to reduced down time, and damage to airlines and connectors. EEL will be offering this solution as our standard high frequency array for the year 2010.

The capabilities of our single channel airgun profiling systems have been expanded by the purchase of; 1 x CODA DA500 system to provide an industry standard recorder 2 x Diesel drive 35CFM compressors with auto stop/start. The advantage for the end user is a compressor without the requirement of an electrical generator, and single operator for 24 hour operations, due to the auto stop/ start facilities of the compressor.
